hey contact heroes is launching a new, larger inbound customer service project for a major and well-known mobile communications brand, focused on prepaid customers.

We are looking for reliable and motivated freelancers across the globe who live outside of Germany and would like to support us long-term in inbound customer service.

If you live and work outside of Germany and want to work remotely as a self‑employed freelancer, this is the right place for you.

Tasks
What awaits you:
• Handling inbound calls related to prepaid products, plans, SIM cards, top-ups, and basic technical inquiries
• A professional project environment with dedicated contacts
• Flexible working hours within the project framework – you choose when you work
• Payment per hour or per productive minute (depending on the project model)
• 100% remote – work from anywhere in the world (except Germany)

Qualifications
1. Legal and formal requirements:
• Self-employed/freelancer status in your country of residence
• Residence outside of Germany
• Ability to issue proper invoices to international clients (including us) according to your local legal requirements
• Fulfillment of tax obligations in your country

2. Professional and personal requirements:
• German language skills at C1/C2 level
• Experience in telephone customer service is an advantage
• Independent work style and good organizational skills
• Long-term interest in the project

3. Technical requirements:
• Stable internet connection (at least 50 Mbit/s)
• Headset, two monitors, webcam, and a powerful PC
• Quiet, undisturbed home office workspace (no access or visibility for third parties)
• Confident use of web-based tools
