hey contact heroes is launching a major new project in prepaid customer support for a well-known mobile communications brand. This is an inbound service role.

We are looking for reliable, motivated freelancers based within the EU but outside of Germany who can support us long-term in inbound customer service.

If you live and work outside of Germany and want to work remotely as a self‑employed freelancer, this is the right place for you.

Tasks
What you can expect:
• Handling inbound calls related to prepaid products, plans, SIM cards, top-ups, and basic technical inquiries
• A professional project environment with dedicated contacts
• Flexible working hours within the project framework – you decide when you work
• Payment per hour or per productive minute (depending on the project model)
• 100% remote – work from your location within the EU (except Germany)

Qualifications
1. Legal and formal requirements:
• Self-employment/freelancer status in your country of residence
• Residence outside Germany
• Ability to issue invoices in accordance with the legal requirements of your country to international clients (including us)
• Compliance with tax obligations in your own country

2. Professional and personal requirements:
• German language skills at C1/C2 level
• Experience in telephone customer service is an advantage
• Independent working style and good organizational skills
• Long-term interest in collaborating on the project

3. Technical requirements:
• Stable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
• Headset, two monitors, webcam, and a powerful PC
• A quiet, distraction-free home office workspace (no access or visibility for third parties)
• Confident use of web-based tools
