Control Shift Video is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented freelance illustrator to collaborate with our core team on a range of projects. Our work covers technology, healthcare, energy, consumer brands, and nonprofits. We’re always looking for illustrators who can help transform complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals with strong style.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create custom illustrations for video, motion graphics, web, and brand content
• Work with our creative team to develop visual styles, concepts, and story-driven imagery
• Turn scripts, ideas, or rough concepts into clear, compelling visuals
• Prepare artwork for animation, motion, or digital delivery
• Revise based on feedback while maintaining consistency and high quality

What We’re Looking For

• Strong illustration skills with a cohesive, recognizable style (or styles)
• Experience producing artwork for video, motion graphics, or digital platforms
• Ability to visually simplify complex or technical information
• Comfort working independently while collaborating with a creative team
• Reliable communication, punctual delivery, and follow-through
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools

Experience with motion or animation is a plus, but not required.
