The successful candidate will prepare and process financial statements for our international clients in various jurisdictions, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with both local and international financial regulations, while working closely with clients to meet their reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Financial Controller, your duties will include:

  • Prepare financial statements: Process and produce accurate financial statements and reports for foreign companies in line with IFRS.
  • Ensure compliance: Track and maintain compliance with local financial reporting regulations.
  • Tax and regulatory filings: Support tax preparation and filings, and ensure all regulatory documents are submitted on time.
  • Audit support: Work with auditors and assist with internal and external audits for client companies when needed.
  • Advisory services: Provide IFRS advisory support to international clients to help them meet global accounting standards.
  • Communication: Keep professional, clear communication with clients regarding their financial statements and regulatory needs.
Key Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of accounting experience.
  • Skills: Working knowledge of IFRS, Excel, and regulatory compliance in your country of residence.
  • Detail-oriented: Strong analytical skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting.
  • Software proficiency: Experience with accounting software and tools such as Xero, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
  • Team player: Ability to thrive in a low-ego, collaborative, cross-functional environment with full autonomy.
  • Learning: Capacity to adapt to our processes and working methods.
  • Language: Fluent English.
  • Technical: Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace (home office or co-working space).
  • Location: Remote role within European time zones.
  • Availability: Full-time.

  • Experience in a client-facing finance role.
  • Experience working remotely.
