## About the Team
Our Product Management team is applying identity and Zero Trust principles to new execution environments, including AI agents, automation workflows, and non-human identities. As AI evolves from assistive tools into systems that retrieve data and trigger actions across enterprise environments, our mission is to help organizations adopt AI safely and confidently.

We focus on governing how AI accesses data, executes actions, and interacts across systems—so access remains controlled, least-privileged, and auditable.

Because this field is changing quickly, we work with strong customer empathy and a discovery-driven approach. We use rapid prototyping, iterative experimentation, and close collaboration with engineering, design, and field teams to turn emerging needs into practical solutions.

This role focuses on governing identity-based execution and access control for both human and non-human actors. It is not a GRC or audit-focused position.

## What you’ll be doing
– Define and deliver capabilities that extend identity governance to AI actors, automation, and non-human identities (NHI).
– Turn emerging AI security risks into practical governance solutions customers can use.
– Design trust models for AI execution across SaaS, APIs, and enterprise systems.
– Partner with engineering to build scalable control-plane capabilities.
– Work with customers and field teams to confirm real-world usage and adoption patterns.
– Help shape product strategy in a fast-changing ecosystem with unclear requirements.

## You’ll be responsible for
– Drive product strategy by continuously interpreting customer needs, shifts in the AI ecosystem, and competitive dynamics.
– Build strong customer empathy and convert insights into outcomes through rapid prototyping, iterative experimentation, and collaboration across teams.
– Track emerging AI governance patterns, vendor approaches, and regulatory trends to guide strategy.
– Advocate for customers by making AI access and governance easier to understand and use.

## You have: Foundational Skills
– 10+ years of product management experience (security, identity, infrastructure, or platform products preferred).
– Solid understanding of identity, authentication, or access control concepts.
– Experience building platform or API-driven products.
– Ability to work through ambiguity and define solutions in emerging areas.
– Strong skills in customer discovery and problem framing.
– Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.

## You have: Technical & Domain Understanding
– Familiarity with Zero Trust principles and security architecture concepts.
– Understanding of SaaS integrations, OAuth, APIs, or automation workflows.
– Ability to evaluate security, trust, and governance trade-offs.

## Location
JumpCloud is Remote First, meaning you can work remotely within the country listed in the Job Description.

This role is remote in India. You must be based in India and authorized to work in India to be considered.

## Language
JumpCloud has teams in 15+ countries and conducts internal business in English. The interview and any additional screening will primarily be in English. To be considered, you must be able to speak and write English fluently. Any additional language requirements will be included in the job description.
