As a Home Delivery Driver for Mom’s Meals, you will play a key role in making sure customers receive their meals for the upcoming week. You will load and unload prepackaged meal boxes from designated cold storage and deliver them to customers’ homes. Prompt, courteous delivery is essential and reflects the Core Values of Mom’s Meals.

Schedule: Four-day workweek, Tuesday through Friday
Pay: $18.50 per hour
Monthly bonus potential

Position responsibilities include:
Safely operating the company vehicle and following all traffic laws
Loading meals into the company vehicle at the cold storage facility
Delivering meals to clients, often bringing them inside their homes
Calling clients when delivery issues occur or as required for your area
Accurately recording deliveries in the MMHD delivery app
Consistently following all food safety and sanitation procedures
Providing excellent customer service at all times
Inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining equipment safely
Reporting equipment issues or vehicle damage to your supervisor immediately
Assisting with vehicle and driver audits
Ensuring deliveries follow established protocols

Required skills and experience:
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license
Strong driving record
Good communication skills and ability to read, write, and speak English
Ability to operate a smartphone
Comfort using and following GPS routes
Basic math skills
Ability to drive in various weather and traffic conditions
Ability to work in changing weather
Experience following company policies and core values
Successful completion of a post-offer drug screen and background check
Successful completion of a post-offer MVR review

Preferred skills and experience:
Previous delivery experience

Physical requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for long periods
Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 40 lbs
Adequate vision for the job, including peripheral and depth perception and focus adjustment
Ability to perform repetitive motions
Ability to work in both hot and cold environments
