Insomnia Cookies is opening a new Manhattan store later this year, and we’re hiring for our Cookie Crew at the new Penn Station location, store C108.

As part of the Cookie Crew, you’ll represent the Insomnia Cookies brand by greeting customers with a smile and getting the chance to bake our fresh, warm cookies.

Primary responsibilities:
• Greet customers promptly and take their orders
• Help customers navigate the menu and ensure orders are correct
• Provide friendly service in person and by phone
• Bake cookies and serve ice cream
• Prepare and package delivery orders accurately and quickly
• Process payments and use the register
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized store

Preferred qualifications:
• Customer service experience is helpful
• Friendly, honest, and outgoing demeanor
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Pay range: $15.50 to $16.50 per hour
