Insomnia Cookies is opening a new store in Manhattan later this year, and we’re currently hiring and interviewing candidates to join our Cookie Crew at the new Penn Station location, store C108.

As a Cookie Crew member, you’ll serve as a true ambassador for the Insomnia Cookies brand. You’ll greet every customer with a smile and get the chance to bake our delicious warm cookies.

Key responsibilities of a Cookie Crew member:
• Greet customers promptly and take their orders
• Assist customers with the menu and ensure order accuracy
• Provide warm, friendly service in person and over the phone
• Bake cookies and serve ice cream
• Prepare and package delivery orders quickly and accurately
• Handle cash and payments correctly
• Keep the store clean, sanitized, and well organized

Desired skills and experience:
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Friendly, honest, and outgoing personality
• Self‑motivated and proactive
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Pay range: $15.50 to $16.50 per hour
