Insomnia Cookies will be opening a new location in Manhattan later this year, and we’re currently hiring and interviewing candidates to join our “Cookie Crew” at our upcoming Penn Station store, C108.

As a member of the Cookie Crew, you’ll be a true ambassador of the Insomnia Cookies brand. You’ll greet every customer with a smile and get the chance to bake our warm, delicious cookies yourself.

Key responsibilities of a Cookie Crew member:
• Greeting customers promptly and taking orders
• Helping customers understand the menu and ensuring order accuracy
• Providing warm and friendly service in person or over the phone
• Baking cookies and serving ice cream
• Quickly and accurately preparing and packaging delivery orders
• Handling cash and payments correctly
• Keeping the store clean, organized, and sanitized

Preferred skills and experience:
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Friendly, honest, outgoing personality
• Self‑motivated work style
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Pay range: $15.50 to $16.50 per hour
