As a member of the Cookie Crew, you’re the true Insomniac — the friendly face who welcomes customers into the shop and also gets the chance to bake our delicious warm cookies.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A COOKIE CREW MEMBER:
• Greet customers quickly and take their orders
• Help guests understand the menu and confirm order accuracy
• Provide warm, friendly service both in person and by phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and serve ice cream
• Prepare and package delivery orders quickly and accurately
• Handle cash and payments properly
• Keep the store clean, sanitized, and well organized

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
• Customer service experience preferred
• Friendly, genuine, outgoing personality
• Motivation and drive
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be 18 or older
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Pay range: $15.50–$16.50 per hour
