Insomnia Cookies will be opening a new location in Manhattan later this year, and we are currently hiring and interviewing candidates for our “Cookie Crew” to work at our new shop in Penn Station, store C108.

As a member of the Cookie Crew, you’ll be a true representative of the Insomnia Cookies brand. You’ll greet every customer with a smile, and you’ll have the chance to bake our warm, delicious cookies yourself.

Key responsibilities of a Cookie Crew member:
• Greet customers promptly and take orders
• Assist customers with the menu and ensure order accuracy
• Provide warm, friendly service in person or by phone
• Bake cookies and serve ice cream
• Prepare and package delivery orders quickly and accurately
• Handle cash and payments properly
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized store

Preferred skills and experience:
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Friendly, honest, and outgoing personality
• Self‑motivated
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Pay range: $15.50 to $16.50 per hour
