Insomnia Cookies is gearing up to open its newest Manhattan location later this year, and we’re currently interviewing candidates to join the cookie crew at our new Penn Station store in Suite C108.

As a member of the cookie crew, you’ll be the true embodiment of an Insomnia fan. You’ll be the friendly face greeting customers at the front of the store, as well as the person baking our warm, delicious cookies.

Cookie Crew Responsibilities:
• Quickly greet customers and take their orders
• Help guests understand the menu and ensure order accuracy
• Provide friendly service in store and over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and serve ice cream
• Prepare and send out delivery orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle money and payment transactions with care
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well‑kept bakery

Required Skills and Experience:
• Customer service experience preferred
• Friendly, honest, and outgoing personality
• Strong motivation and ambition
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States

Pay range: $15.50–$16.50 per hour
