Insomnia Cookies is gearing up to open a new Manhattan location later this year, and we’re currently interviewing candidates to join our “Cookie Crew” at our upcoming Penn Station store, suite C108.

As a member of the Cookie Crew, you’ll represent the Insomnia brand with pride. You’ll greet customers with a friendly smile at the entrance and also get the chance to bake our delicious, fresh, warm cookies.

Your responsibilities as a Cookie Crew member:
• Greet customers promptly and take their orders
• Help customers understand the menu and ensure accurate orders
• Provide friendly, comfortable service in person and over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and serve ice cream
• Prepare delivery orders and send them out accurately and quickly
• Handle cash and electronic payments carefully
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well‑kept store

Required skills and experience:
• Customer service experience (preferred)
• Friendly, honest, outgoing personality
• Strong motivation and work ethic
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Pay range: $15.50–$16.50 per hour
