Insomnia Cookies will be opening a new location in Manhattan later this year, and we are currently hiring and interviewing candidates to join our Cookie Crew at the new store in Penn Station, store C108.

As a member of the Cookie Crew, you will be a true representative of the Insomnia Cookies brand. You’ll greet every customer with a smile and get the chance to bake our warm, delicious cookies.

Key responsibilities of a Cookie Crew member:
• Greet customers promptly and take orders
• Assist customers with the menu and ensure order accuracy
• Provide warm and friendly service in person or over the phone
• Bake cookies and serve ice cream
• Prepare and package delivery orders quickly and accurately
• Handle cash and payments properly
• Keep the store clean, sanitized, and organized

Preferred skills and experience:
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Friendly, honest, and outgoing personality
• Self‑discipline and motivation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Pay range: $15.50 to $16.50 per hour
