Insomnia Cookies is opening a new Manhattan store later this year, and we’re now hiring and interviewing candidates to join our Cookie Crew at our upcoming Penn Station location, store C108.

As a Cookie Crew member, you’ll represent the Insomnia Cookies brand with enthusiasm. You’ll welcome every guest with a smile and even get the chance to bake our warm, fresh cookies yourself.

Primary responsibilities:
• Welcome customers promptly and take their orders
• Help guests navigate the menu and ensure orders are correct
• Offer friendly service in person and over the phone
• Bake cookies and serve ice cream
• Prepare and package delivery orders quickly and accurately
• Manage cash and payments correctly
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized store

Preferred qualifications:
• Previous customer service experience is helpful
• Friendly, honest, and outgoing demeanor
• Self‑driven and motivated
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Authorization to work in the United States

Pay range: $15.50 to $16.50 per hour
