Insomnia Cookies will be opening a new location in Manhattan later this year, and we are currently hiring candidates to join the Cookie Crew at our upcoming Penn Station store, C108.

As a member of the Cookie Crew, you’ll serve as a true ambassador for the Insomnia Cookies brand. You’ll greet every customer with a smile and get the chance to bake our fresh, delicious cookies yourself.

Key responsibilities of a Cookie Crew member:
• Promptly greeting customers and taking their orders
• Helping customers navigate the menu and ensuring order accuracy
• Providing friendly service in person and over the phone
• Baking cookies and serving ice cream
• Quickly and correctly preparing and packaging delivery orders
• Handling payments and operating the register
• Keeping the store clean, sanitized, and well‑organized

Preferred skills and experience:
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Friendly, honest, and outgoing personality
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Pay range: $15.50 to $16.50 per hour
