As part of the Cookie Crew, you serve as a true ambassador for the Insomnia Cookies brand. You’ll welcome guests with a smile and have the chance to prepare our warm, freshly baked cookies yourself.

Key responsibilities for Cookie Crew members:
• Greet customers warmly and take orders
• Assist guests with selections and enter orders accurately
• Provide friendly service in‑store and by phone
• Bake cookies and serve ice cream
• Quickly and accurately prepare and package delivery orders
• Handle cash and process payments
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the store

Preferred skills and experience:
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Friendly, honest, and approachable demeanor
• Self‑motivation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• At least 18 years old
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Pay range: $15.50 to $16.50 per hour
