What You’ll Do:

• Screen resumes from global candidates for influencer marketing roles
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Shortlist profiles based on skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Maintain candidate database and ensure a smooth communication flow
• Support end-to-end hiring processes and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• 0-2 years of HR or recruitment experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Comfortable working across time zones and with global teams
• Interest in social media, content creators, and influencer space is a big plus!
