Insomnia Cookies plans to open its newest Manhattan location later this year, and we are currently hiring and interviewing Cookie Crew team members for our upcoming Penn Station C108 store.

As part of the Cookie Crew, you’ll be a true late‑night baking pro. You’ll greet customers at the counter and bake our warm, delicious, freshly made cookies.

What you’ll do:
• Greet customers promptly and take orders
• Help customers navigate the menu and ensure order accuracy
• Provide friendly service in person and over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and serve them with ice cream
• Prepare and package delivery orders quickly and accurately
• Handle cash and payments correctly
• Keep baking areas clean, sanitized, and well maintained

Preferred skills and experience:
• Customer service experience a plus
• Friendly, genuine, outgoing
• Motivated and proactive
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• At least 18 years old
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay range: $15.50–$16.50 per hour
