Insomnia Cookies is opening a new location in Manhattan later this year, and we’re currently interviewing candidates to join the Cookie Crew at our upcoming Penn Station store, located at C108.
As a Cookie Crew member, you’ll be a true Insomniac. You’ll greet customers with a smile and get the chance to bake our delicious cookies, always fresh and served warm.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A COOKIE CREW MEMBER:
• Assist customers promptly and enter their orders
• Help customers understand the menu and ensure order accuracy
• Provide friendly service in person and over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and serve ice cream
• Prepare and package delivery orders efficiently and accurately
• Handle cash and payments correctly
• Keep the store clean, sanitized, and well‑organized
DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
• Customer service experience (preferred)
• A friendly, genuine, outgoing personality
• Motivation and initiative
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be 18 years or older
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Pay range: 15.50–16.50 USD per hour
