The Chief Product Officer (CPO) will contribute to the Company’s growth strategy & execution. The position will work directly with the core team & will be responsible for leading the next phase of product development, product marketing & product innovation by building & managing a world class product management organization.

Key Elements: • Function as a member of the cofounding team • Execute market research • Develop product strategy & definition for existing product road map as well as for defining new products, markets, etc • Oversee the development of user stories & business requirements • Lead the UX/UI activities • Provide executive leadership & sense of urgency to the development team • Create & implement product marketing strategy

Ideal Qualifications: • Proven innovative leader of a software product management team • Excellent business judgment, team management & communication • H&s-on software product management experience • Experience executing market, competitive & other user research to develop product strategies that proved successful • Software engineer or software UX designer experience a plus • Experience with Agile methodologies
