Travel to Office Expectations

Be a Catalyst for Transformation at PointClickCare!
As a Change Manager, you will play a key role in major business and technology transformation initiatives. You will guide employees through new tools, processes, and ways of working to drive engagement, adoption, and lasting organizational change.
What You’ll Do:
• Execute change management strategies in partnership with senior change leaders, ensuring alignment with business goals and schedules.
• Conduct detailed stakeholder and impact analyses to understand who is affected and how to best support their transition.
• Create and deliver engaging communications, surveys, and training content, while supporting change champion networks.
• Measure adoption, track sentiment, and monitor KPIs to ensure teams are prepared and successful.
• Coordinate workshops, town halls, and learning sessions with project teams, celebrating milestones along the way.
• Support PointClickCare’s change management community and contribute to best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 3–5 years of experience in change or project delivery, ideally within SaaS, healthcare, or technology.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks such as ADKAR, Kotter, or CCMP.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Knowledge of project management methods, stakeholder engagement, and change measurement.
• A proactive, team‑focused mindset and eagerness to learn and contribute.
• Change management training or certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is an asset.
Compensation:
$82,000–$91,000 annually
