What We’re Looking For

The healthcare and health industry is complex, and the stakes are high—online health content must be expertly researched, accurate, and aligned with industry best practices and compliance requirements. At WebFX, we’re seeking a skilled, research-driven writer who’s excited to explore the world of health and healthcare through their work. Someone who is passionate about covering topics ranging from dental services and botox treatments to mental health and rehabilitation clinics, as well as hospital systems, health management, and consulting.

You should be motivated by a genuine love of learning in the healthcare and overall wellness space, and you should have a talent for asking the right questions to strengthen your research. No matter the topic, you’re experienced in reviewing and interpreting professional or academic research, credible sources, and data. Just as importantly, you can translate that information into content that’s easy for users to understand and matches a client’s specific voice and style.

We’re looking for someone who’s excited to dig deep into industry topics and help drive results through the writing you produce. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with 1,000+ publishers online/in the media, from entertainment and lifestyle to industry-specific opportunities.
• Enjoy the flexibility of a 42.5-hour/week full-time role while completing assignments from home.

This is a fully remote work-from-home (WFH) position.

Compensation

Negotiable based on experience, with annual merit-based increases

Working Hours

Asia (Philippines, Indonesia, etc.): Requires overlapping hours from 3:30 AM EST to 12:00 PM EST (New York time), Monday through Friday.

Africa/Europe (excluding South Africa and the British Isles): Requires overlapping hours from 6:00 AM EST to 2:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday. The 40 hours of work do not include lunch or breaks.

South Africa: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 AM–1:30 PM EST; Friday, 4:00 AM–11:00 AM EST.

British Isles (UK, Ireland, Scotland, etc.): Requires overlapping hours from 5:00 AM–1:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

North America & South America: Requires overlapping hours from 8:00 AM EST to 4:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday. The 40 hours of work do not include lunch or breaks.
