The Mission
As Binance’s Global Head of AI, you will design and lead the intelligence layer of the largest crypto ecosystem in the world. You will oversee cutting-edge research and real-world deployment of LLMs, recommender systems, multi-agent technologies, and generative AI, creating adaptive, reliable, and innovative systems that support millions of users. You will shape the future intersection of AI and Web3, where identity, creativity, and ownership form the basis of a new data-driven economy.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and grow Binance’s AI and Algorithm organization, a multidisciplinary team of scientists, engineers, and product innovators.
• Set and execute the company’s AI strategy, integrating personalization, generative agents, and Web3 intelligence into a unified product direction.
• Drive end-to-end innovation across three core areas:
– Personalized Binance: Build intelligent onboarding, dynamic trading assistance, community discovery, and individualized learning paths powered by large-scale behavioral and contextual models.
– AI-Native Support Ecosystem: Create next-generation AI-powered customer support systems that are self-learning, multilingual, and empathetic, serving millions effortlessly.
– AI × Web3 Frontier: Lead innovation in AI-generated meme economies, agent-driven DeFi, and personalized crypto storytelling, transforming cultural energy into financial engagement.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to turn breakthrough models into scalable, production-ready systems.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate top global AI talent across research, engineering, and product disciplines, establishing a world-class center of excellence.

Who You Are:
• An accomplished AI leader with extensive experience building and scaling impactful AI/ML or LLM teams.
• A hands-on technical strategist with strong expertise in model development, architecture, and product impact.
• Experienced in creating AI products at scale, particularly in personalization, recommendations, natural language systems, or agent-based architectures.
• An entrepreneurial thinker who values open systems, blockchain technology, and the emerging data ownership economy.
• A visionary communicator who can inspire teams across research, product, engineering, and leadership.
• Knowledge of financial markets, trading systems, or crypto/Web3 is a strong advantage.
