At TRM, we’re on a mission to build a safer financial system for billions of people around the world. Our next-generation platform, which combines threat intelligence with machine learning, enables financial institutions and governments to detect cryptocurrency fraud and financial crime at an unprecedented scale. We’re looking for a Head of Partnerships who will help shape, build, and scale our partnerships function. In this role, you will define and execute our partnership strategy, and will scope potential partnerships with third parties in support of our core customer segments. You’ll source and negotiate complex deals to drive mutual value for TRM, our customers, and our partners. You’ll work collaboratively and cross functionally with internal teams to align with product and business goals.
Your responsibilities:
Identify key partnerships that will enhance TRM’s brand in the marketplace
Manage and nurture established partnerships and incoming partnering requests.
Act as the POC throughout the partner onboarding process, and maintain these relationships.
Explore emerging trends in the crypto space, and translate these into opportunities for TRM, as well as our existing and prospective clients and partners.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop onboarding, trainings, certification programs, and our partner playbook for simplified onboarding of partners to TRM.
Create a scalable and meaningful way to increase the number of partners we engage.
Effectively communicate partnership progress to the company.
Continually update and assess partnership plans and strategies to align with TRM’s business strategy.
Maintain an understanding of and interest in the current and evolving crypto industry and policy landscape.
Keep internal systems updated throughout the partnership life cycle, ensuring all contact and communication is recorded.
Provide an unparalleled customer experience to our clients and prospects.
Work with product and engineering teams to identify product gaps that can be addressed through partnerships.
