Our software helps universities and colleges connect teaching and learning in meaningful and productive ways. Over the last 3 years we’ve been doubling our revenue roughly every 10 months, with 100% customer renewal, so we’re growing fast.
Taking technical ownership of our Enterprise products and working together a diverse range of engineers, UX, product and operations, you will be responsible for driving forward the technical direction of our core products.
Our Enterprise products are the main revenue drivers for the business with a mature and stable group of customers who expect innovation and stability as the product grows.
Reporting to the CTO, you will:
Build a world class team of Software developers
Take ownership of the tools, processes and architecture within the group
Exceed our customers expectations in quality and robustness of product
Lead us on innovation and design
Collaborate with the Product Manager to maintain a strategic product roadmap that identifies deliverables and milestones.
This role will involve building trust across the business at all levels, influencing strategic commercial and technical decisions and the longer term roadmap for our core product.
We expect successful candidates will be able to get stuck into the codebase to help diagnose problems or evolve their understanding of issues, but the role is largely about unlocking the potential of our already strong team of engineers and technical leads, and representing the function to the rest of the business.
