About Ostium is the first perpetuals DEX engineered specifically for Real World Assets. We build on the massive growth in on-chain perpetuals, bringing a first-of-its-kind twist through a focus on RWAs. Ostium will enable the trading of an entirely new set of assets, previously unavailable on-chain — from gold & copper to wheat, oil, & forex pairs — to the most popular product in DeFi. How? Through trade execution at prices fed in via Chainlink’s new Functions product, a semi self-service oracle enabling low-latency feeds for long tail assets. We’re on track to be the first project to launch on Mainnet using Functions for settlement. A collective liquidity pool takes on counterparty risk during periods of open interest imbalance. We won the Pyth prize at xHack in October, were incubated by DeFi Alliance, and raised 3.5M in seed funding. Our team is led by Harvard grads with prior experience at Bridgewater, IOI, IMO, and IPhO medalists, and lead engineers for Maple Finance and 21Shares. Benefits 2-4 annual company retreats (Europe & US), flexible hours, option for fully remote work. Role We’re hiring a visionary Head of Growth to drive our market expansion and product adoption.
