For an international project based in Chennai, we urgently need a fully remote Senior Business Analyst specializing in Talent and Performance Management. This role is key to overseeing and delivering projects in these areas, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within scope while following Agile principles and methodologies.
We are seeking a motivated contractor who is fluent in English.
Tasks and responsibilities:
• Business Analysis:
– Gather and prioritize stakeholder requirements.
– Develop and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria.
– Ensure the development team clearly understands business needs and requirements.
– Implement quality control processes.
– Create prototypes.
– Conduct system and integration testing.
• Agile Practices:
– Lead Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
– Ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices.
– Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Communication and Stakeholder Management:
– Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, team members, and other parties.
– Provide regular project updates and reports.
– Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the project team.
• Risk and Issue Management:
– Identify and resolve project risks and issues.
– Develop and execute mitigation strategies to support project success.
– Monitor and report on risks and issues.
Profile:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis
• Proven experience managing projects in Human Capital Management
• Preferably familiar with Talent and Performance Management modules
• Strong record of delivering projects on time and within scope
• Experience facilitating Agile practices and ceremonies
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English
