Offchain Labs is hiring a Growth Marketing Lead to accelerate user adoption for Web3 games using cutting-edge Web3 growth strategies. You will play a key role in driving both player acquisition and on-chain engagement for games launching on Arbitrum. You will advise partners on growth opportunities and also run growth campaigns on their behalf.
What you’ll do:
• Create and execute detailed user growth strategies for gaming partners on Arbitrum, blending traditional and Web3 marketing methods, including social campaigns, creator collaborations, digital marketing, and Web3-native initiatives such as NFT or token-driven esports activations.
• Plan and run incentive-based growth campaigns for the Arbitrum gaming ecosystem, collaborating with the gaming partnerships team to meet partner goals and increase on-chain usage.
• Act as a strategic advisor to gaming partners, understanding their goals and crafting tailored solutions to boost their on-chain growth and overall success.
• Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns in partnership with community, product marketing, and partnerships teams to ensure aligned messaging and strong results across channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, offering guidance on go-to-market strategies, sharing industry insights, and driving collaborative efforts to meet ambitious partner growth goals.
• Create and refine growth frameworks and community engagement programs that strengthen the Arbitrum gaming ecosystem.
What you’ll need:
• Professional marketing experience in gaming and/or Web3 is highly preferred. At least 5 years of growth management experience in both Web2 and Web3 environments, with a case study and presentation required during the interview.
• Strong understanding of the Web3 gaming landscape.
• Knowledge of user funnel challenges and cross-platform journeys in Web3 gaming.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong partner relationships.
• Highly entrepreneurial, independent, and proactive, with the ability to ask the right questions to drive progress.
• Ability to collaborate across time zones with global partners.
• Strong spoken and written English skills.
