About the Role: We are looking for a Growth Marketing Leaders for accelerating the core growth metrics and user numbers. About the Team: Offline Payment vertical caters to our merchant partners by offering them products like QR code, Soundbox, EDC and Loans. Paytm has been a pioneer in merchant space by introducing innovative solutions like QR codes to accept payments and Sound-box to recon payments by voice alerts. We are also distributing loans to these partners via our ‘Paytm for Business’ App. Expectations/Requirements: · Drive/Execute data driven growth-marketing campaigns, focused on key metrics in terms of users/investors/transactions for the business line. · This will require in-depth analysis of Customer behaviour, competitive benchmarking, collaborating with multiple business teams, co-owning the Product Roadmap with the Product team and executing innovative growth ideas. · Should be responsible for driving the Customer Growth, Revenue Growth, Retention, and Engagement of the Platform on a day-to-day basis. · Manage end-to-end consumer lifecycle management for the business vertical. · Monitor customer funnel & identify new levers of growth and apply them to the business · Deploy successful Growth marketing campaigns and take ownership right from ideation to implementation. Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role: · Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field from reputed colleges. · Should have relevant experience in Consumer internet industry in similar roles across Growth Marketing. · Must be data driven with strong problem solving and analytical skills. · High degree of ownership in taking things to completion. · Ability to multitask and work on diverse range of requirements. · Excellent communication skills with ability to handle complex negotiations.
