Job Description:

Disciplined about data? Help Health Hero’s Growth team build its data-driven stack! This is a shiny new team that lies at the intersection of all of our platforms and revenue streams and is essential for our growth. You’ll be a main driver of Health Hero’s data-driven culture by:

Being a data ambassador in the company. You’ll help teams identify useful metrics and experiments, and analyze the results

Building the infrastructure to automate the tracking of those metrics with dashboards and reports

Keeping data sparkling clean, to ease its tracking and analysis

Skills & Requirements:

You have knowledge of and experience with experimental design, from establishing metrics to interpreting and analyzing results You’re comfortable with your data language of choice (Ruby, Python, R, etc)

You’re passionate about user-friendly automation

You’re eager to get your hands dirty, whether it’s pairing with an engineer to figure out why the codebase isn’t logging some data or figuring out API quirks with our customer support system while trying to squeeze out some data.

You have experience writing production code

You have working knowledge of the web stack

Build rapid experimentation frameworks

Analyze data from experiments and identify opportunities for growth

Implement strategies to acquire, engage and convert users at a massive scale

Build tools and infrastructure necessary for building a growth engine

What you’ve achieved:

Experience developing high traffic mobile and web applications

Full stack development experience

Experience running A/B tests to optimize user acquisition, engagement and conversion

Basic understanding of statistical methods for analyzing data

Our tech stack: Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, Postgres, Linode

Salary and compensation

$80,000 — $140,000/year
