ZORA is looking for an accomplished Senior Growth Engineer to join our team. The primary responsibilities will include building and iterating on product improvements to increase acquisition, conversion, onboarding, and retention. To implement strong data tracking, analysis, and experimentation foundations for growth engineering. You’ll also help execute a scientific approach to growth engineering.

What you’ll do

Build a system to A/B test features across our tech stack and give significant metrics to help drive business decisions

Create an eventing and analytics scheme that works across multiple properties

Build new content products to educate and onboard users

Help improve site performance metrics and establish SEO patterns and best practices for other engineers to follow

Build a pipeline that allows us to create new dynamic landing pages

Collaborate with other teams to implement growth initiatives

Build internal solutions that automate business processes

Skills we’re looking for

An eye for detail

A collaborative approach to solving problems

Adept communication skills

Strong intuition with a priority for high impact growth initiatives

Prior experience working on a growth team, large or small

We’d love it if you had

Experience or interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain

Experience working with a small, fast moving team in a startup environment
