We are looking for a growth hacker to join our team and focus their engineering and creative talents on projects that will directly create explosive growth for SortIQ. You are someone who will make it your personal mission to relentlessly drive customer acquisition by building and evolving our software to contribute to the growth and success of SortIQ.

Most of our software has been built using Ruby on Rails and JavaScript. Your contribution will no doubt involve these technologies, but you will be tasked with helping us to drive growth through the best technologies whether it is Rails and JS, AngularJS and Nodejs, etc. Previous experience with Ruby on Rails is not a requirement, but you must be capable of learning quickly.

About The Role As a growth engineer for SortIQ you will be designing and writing code and running tuns of experiments that will directly impact SortIQ’s trajectory as a company. Along the way you will also be responsible for participating in the development of our marketing strategies, gathering feedback directly from existing users, engaging in early customer development efforts (we are launched, but still early), create strategic direction, ideate around our brand or evolve it, promote our brand, and fuel growth. You will also be expected to help us attract and hire more people like you and to help shape a company culture that encourages and supports growth obsessed hackers. You will also be our resident data scientist and a contributor marketing ops execution and decisions about where to expend efforts and limited initial budget.
