The position below is a full-time career role eligible for fully remote work. However, you will be required to travel 2–3 times per year to the Company’s different locations. Each trip will last approximately one week and will be fully covered by the Company.
Deliveree’s Group Finance Controller requires at least 10 years of full-time work experience, preferably in a Big 4 accounting firm or a well-established multinational company. You will be responsible for leading all aspects of our finance organization across four countries: Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.
Key responsibilities include:
– Managing company-wide finance teams, including approximately 20 direct and indirect reports. The team is based in Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam and operates in English.
– Overseeing all financial reporting, consolidations, and audits at both the consolidated group level and each individual country level.
– Creating, maintaining, and managing group and country-level forecasts and budgets, and working with finance managers to monitor progress against these targets.
– Planning group and country-level cash flows.
– Supporting and, at times, leading group-level financing activities, which may include equity and debt fundraising and the associated processes of pitching, negotiating, and finalizing financing deals.
– Managing the group’s tax matters and collaborating with country finance managers on each country’s tax requirements.
– Ensuring that financial controls are effective and properly implemented at both the group and country levels.
