**Responsibilities**
– Collaborate with relevant stakeholders: Work across teams such as Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, and Engineering to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
– Work on the product roadmap and lifecycle: Help prioritize features and tasks, and provide valuable feedback based on conversations with stakeholders.
– Support product and engineering teams in refining features and ensuring there are no delivery blockers.
– Partner with Product Managers using data to understand customer behavior and feature performance; be data-driven in estimating impact and determining priorities.

**Requirements**
– Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or business studies from Tier I or Tier II colleges is preferred.
– Strong communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and writing skills.
– Understanding of, and/or hands-on experience with, software development is preferred.
– Data-driven mindset: strong ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make decisions.
– Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable working in ambiguity and with change in the fast-paced SaaS industry.
– The internship may convert into a full-time offer after 6 months.
