The Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and producing visual assets that effectively highlight properties, elevate the agent team engage our target audience. From developing eye-catching print materials to crafting compelling digital graphics, they will contribute to all facets of our marketing efforts. Must be detail-oriented and laser-focused on delivering best-in-class materials and results to brokers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create marketing materials – informational marketing brochures, flyers, postcards, general marketing letters, proposals, etc. using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop
• Assist in the actual utilization of various tools in key proposals and presentations, create floor plans and site plans.
• Proofing and editing of marketing packages for superior quality.
• 10-15 percent of time may entail research.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, ability to develop strong working relationships with both internal and external sources, must be very articulate.
• Extremely proficient in MS Office Suite, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices including social media and corporate branding
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Versatile/flexible with the ability and willingness to take on new responsibilities and tasks as requested.
• Able to work under pressure, multi-task and meet critical deadlines.
