As a Graphic Designer, you’ll work closely with the full marketing team to develop smart, effective, and creative solutions that tell Shopmonkey’s story, strengthen the brand, and motivate both current and potential customers to engage with our modern shop management platform. You’ll create concept-inspired designs that can be adapted across a range of project types and channels, including marketing campaigns, web design, paid and organic social media, digital presentations, physical event materials, and more.

You’ll Have The Opportunity To:
- Collaborate closely with the Sr. Manager of Brand Marketing and other team members to turn creative direction into fresh, innovative visual solutions
- Create and maintain design systems, templates, and processes that support brand strategy and direction
- Show a collaborative, communication-driven design process—from concepting and moodboarding to final visual execution
- Present confidently and passionately at all levels of the organization
- Fill gaps on the creative team as needed—delivering excellent design work while also helping with strategic planning and guiding other designers when required
We’re Looking For You If You Have:
4–5 years of experience as a designer in an agency, production studio, or in-house creative team, along with a diverse portfolio
Experience designing responsive websites and partnering with web developers to launch large, multi-page sites
Strong expertise in typography, composition, color, layout, design thinking, and content strategy—able to define, build, and distinguish brands
Experience creating a wide range of print and digital media and visual assets to support branding and marketing campaigns
The ability to plan for the long term while moving quickly, with excellent attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
Experience providing guidance and feedback to other designers
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
Bonus Points:
Experience in photography, motion graphics, and/or environmental design
Experience collaborating with illustrators, video teams, photographers, motion designers, or other creative vendors
$70,000 — $120,000 per year
