Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly talented and proactive Junior Designer to join our team and create stunning credit card designs, vector graphics, and marketing materials. As a Junior Designer, you will play a key role in helping to develop and implement premium designs that meet the needs of our customers. The ideal candidate is an organized and creative professional, who works well with others, and has both technical skills, and a keen eye for detail. If this is you, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Design credit card artwork and vector graphics that meet the brand standards of our customers
Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with other design team members on projects
Create mockups and prototypes for credit card designs
Present design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders
Maintain a consistent understanding of industry trends and principles
Follow established production schedules and ensure timely delivery of projects
Prepare designs for printing and production
Maintain a portfolio of credit card designs
Design, create, and produce marketing materials, including print, digital, and social media content
Photo editing for marketing materials, and social media content
Stay organized and ensure all files and assets are properly stored
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and vector graphics
Proficiency with Photoshop and photo editing
A strong understanding of design principles
High-quality design portfolio
Excellent organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Positive attitude and the ability to take feedback and use it constructively
Flexibility and adaptability
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proactive approach to improving performance
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
Strong attention to detail
