In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of every release. At Sporty, QA is not treated as a bottleneck—we empower our QA team to make key decisions, including determining what is ready to launch and what requires further work. You will participate in every stage of development, from gathering requirements and estimating scope to final testing and release.

Responsibilities
• Test Web and Android/iOS platforms using black box, white box, integration, and performance testing
• Develop automated test cases for Web, Mobile, and API
• Monitor and analyse automated test results to increase efficiency
• Log and investigate product issues, providing clear feedback for fixes
• Share testing insights with the team
• Build automated tests and frameworks
• Enhance our Continuous Integration pipeline
• Identify and improve quality processes
• Contribute to automation across the engineering workflow
• Write test plans, test cases, and detailed test reports
• Recreate real user scenarios from a user-focused perspective
• Review designs and code, offering constructive feedback
• Continuously grow your skills
• Mentor junior team members

Requirements
• 3+ years of testing experience
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Electrical Engineering
• Strong Python experience
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
• Familiarity with manual testing for Web, Android, and iOS
• Experience with tools such as Postman and browser consoles
• Knowledge of functional, integration, regression, stress, and API testing
• Experience building and maintaining CI systems
• Automation testing experience with REST APIs
• Automation testing experience for mobile UI and functionality
• Familiarity with MS SQL / MySQL
• Additional experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jira, or Jenkins is a plus

Interview Process
• Offline technical assessment
• Remote video screening with Talent Acquisition
• Remote video interviews with three team members (45 minutes each in one session)
• Feedback provided within 24–72 hours throughout the process
