**Global Purchasing & Supply Chain Summer Intern 2023 (Remote)**
**Job Description:**
As part of the Global Purchasing & Supply Chain Internship Program, you will work on innovation challenges, engage with industry leaders, attend cross-functional events, and volunteer for community service activities. The internship lasts 10, 11, or 12 weeks, and current college students will perform real roles while gaining valuable work experience in one of the following areas:

**Basic Qualifications:**
– Pursuing a degree in one of the following: Supply Chain, Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions and Contract Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or General Engineering
– Must graduate in December 2023 or later
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
– Prior purchasing, logistics, or supply chain internship experience
– Participation in a Supply Chain case competition team or a similar school organization
– Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization
– Emerging partnership and teamwork skills, with the ability to learn from and share knowledge with coworkers in a fast-paced environment
– High integrity, comfort with ambiguity, and initiative/self-direction
– Evidence of strong character, including integrity, honesty, accountability, and trust
– Consistently demonstrates innovative, customer-focused thinking
