As the Operations Director for Online Casino Games at Sporty, you will determine how best to compete in each Sporty Group market by assessing game and supplier options, promotional tools, campaign capabilities, and product features that resonate with users. You will convert these insights into a product roadmap, monthly promotional strategies, and an optimal operating model, while ensuring that casino operations run according to established plans and processes.

Responsibilities
• Oversee all elements of online casino games, including customer support, fraud prevention, and new game development
• Create, execute, and manage operational strategies to enhance the quality and efficiency of the roadmap and third‑party integrations
• Manage the full lifecycle of each game, from prototyping to launch, positioning, and marketing, guided by market and user insights
• Monitor game performance and related promotions
• Build and implement campaign strategies that strengthen customer loyalty and improve ROI
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to define internal operational processes and coordinate with marketing on new games and features
• Recruit, lead, support, and motivate a skilled team, ensuring they develop a deep understanding of our technology and customers
• Evaluate and report on competitive activity, industry trends, and promotional efforts to identify opportunities for competitive advantage

Requirements
• Strong written and spoken English
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
