The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Program Manager to oversee and improve our global contingent workforce program. You will manage the full lifecycle of contingent workers, with a focus on streamlining processes, ensuring compliance, and working closely with global partners.

What You’ll Do
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of contingent workers, from onboarding and contract management to offboarding
• Act as the main contact for hiring managers and stakeholders, offering clear guidance on contingent workforce policies and procedures
• Maintain and enhance Workday processes, including EIB uploads, profile management, and accurate reporting to support workforce planning
• Develop and execute global strategies for managing contingent workers, ensuring alignment with company policies and compliance needs
• Work with stakeholders to improve the contractor-to-full-time conversion process and manage contract extensions
• Create and share resources such as manager guides and process documentation to support consistent and effective workforce management
• Collaborate with global teams to tailor processes to regional needs and ensure a smooth experience for all involved

Requirements
• Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume, time-sensitive tasks like contract renewals, onboarding, and audits
• Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with stakeholders such as hiring managers, legal teams, and external vendors
• Experience using HR systems and tools (e.g., Workday)
• Understanding of global workforce practices, including regional and local variations

Nice to Have
• Workday experience, including EIB uploads, profile management, and report generation
• Experience creating training materials for managers on workforce processes
• Familiarity with various types of contingent workers (e.g., third-party, independent)

Compensation
• Base pay: $60,000–$80,000
• This range is provided to meet local requirements and reflects possible base pay for the role. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience and location. Offers are tailored to each candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected impact. Additional compensation such as bonuses or stock may also be available.
