Our Opportunity
We’re seeking a German-speaking, ambitious, organized, and proactive individual to join our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team.
At Snyk, the SDR team creates new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying leads. Our mission is to develop tomorrow’s leaders while generating net new business today.
No prior sales experience is required—this role is designed for entry-level candidates. With our comprehensive onboarding program, you’ll build a strong foundation in our industry, customers, and sales approach, along with ongoing training to help you grow into roles such as SDR management, sales (AE/Account Manager), customer development/acquisition, marketing, and more.
You’ll Spend Your Time:
Conducting high-volume prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Using tools such as Salesloft, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Zoominfo to reach out to accounts and enroll them in tailored sequences
Learning how to clearly communicate the value of Snyk’s products to prospects across a range of industries
Working with Account Executives to set up introductory meetings
What You’ll Need:
Fluency in English and German, written and spoken
0–1 years of professional work experience
A resilient and driven mindset, with a commitment to consistently exceed your goals
An interest in launching a career in Sales with a leading SaaS company
The ability to build strong, meaningful relationships and a talent for communicating effectively
Enjoyment in collaborating and contributing to a high-performing team
