Responsibilities:
- Become deeply familiar with the Jamaica market and regulations
- Identify and assemble necessary partnerships with local service providers and NGOs
- Develop products tailored to Jamaicans using “lean” techniques
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders including community leaders and national agencies
- Work directly with customers in the field to ensure product/market fit
- Develop multiple scalable channels for reaching customers
- Write applications for grant funding

- Lived and employed in Jamaica for many years – very familiar with the culture
- Proven experience leading and collaborating with diverse teams of people
- Strong desire to learn and grow continuously
- Operational excellence: experience developing major projects from inception to follow through
- Intellectual rigor: degree from a top tier university or experience at a world class organization
- Networking skills: ability to make smart partnerships happen
- Passion for customer care and cultural sensitivity
- Willingness to get on a plane at a moment’s notice
- Written communication: ability to present complex ideas with simple, clear messaging
