We’re looking for a Game Designer with strong experience in multiplayer Mobile Games.

Your Role: As the lead Game Designer/Scientist you will be a part of a strike team to create real time multiplayer games on iOS/Android/Windows devices.

Core to our culture – You would work in small, fast paced teams, where everyone owns a significant part of the game and contribute both technically and creatively.

You would be working directly with the VP of Mobile and our CEO, to Design the economy/levels/matching algorithms and core game experiences (UI/UX) for our millions of users.

Own the KPIs – retention, monetization and design of large-scale game systems that maximize engagement, revenue, and retention. Analyze game metrics/feedback and make design decisions based upon them.

Work with the team to continue to develop the next innovative game to hit the mobile market.

Have broad knowledge in various aspects of game design such as system design, narration, economy balance, UI design, etc.

Create game features to connect millions of users in a competitive environment.

Participate in many aspects of a project life-cycle, from specifications through QA to deployment and production support/iteration.

Required Experience:

4+ years in Gaming industry building Multiplayer Mobile Games. Experience building free-to-play games as a designer/producer. Experience on casino games, especially card games. Strong understanding of game design concepts and principles. Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical ability. Demonstrated passion and a drive to launch the best product possible. Experience with mobile platforms (iOS or Android).

Salary and compensation

$80,000 — $150,000/year
