Fullstack or Backend Nodejs Developer

We are seeking either a fullstack or backend developer with Nodejs and Express experience.

Primary Requirements: REST API Development Node and JS Build Nodejs Express React Jest Git

Nice to Have: MongoDB

Our company:We are a very small startup consulting company.

The project:We are building a greenfield, enterprise, user-configurable algorithmic pricing engine. The project has been underway for a few weeks and we are getting close to delivering the minimum viable product. We are using an agile/scrum inspired process tracked with Pivotal Tracker. The product will be deployed internally to the client (no cloud).

The team:We are a distributed team of independent contractors. We have been working with a couple of contractors that also have full-time jobs, but we are finding that this isn’t working well and we need to add a fullstack or backend programmer who has at least 35 hours of availability per week. We meet via Google Hangouts several times per week and communicate on Slack.

The offer:It is simplest for us, as a small company, to work with independent contractors. However, if you need a full-time job with benefits, please let us know about it when you apply as it may be possible to do this.
