Scalable Path is looking for a Remote Full-stack PHP and React Developer to join the team and work on a client project. This is a remote, part-time position (approximately 4 hours/day).

CLIENT COMPANY DESCRIPTION:

The client is a startup that adds meta information to videos (Youtube, etc.) in the form of a timeline.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be fixing bugs and making improvements to an existing web application.

RELATIONSHIPS – WHO YOU’LL BE WORKING WITH:

You will be working directly with the Founder who is also a technical person. The client is in the America/Los Angeles (-07:00) PDT time zone.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Excellent written and spoken English

• JavaScript (experience with React required)

• PHP

• CSS

• MySQL

• HTML

DESIRED (NICE-TO-HAVE) SKILLS:

• Twig templating

• Experience with Silex and Symfony Components

START DATE:

As soon as possible.

EXPECTED CONTRACT DURATION:

We think the work can be completed in around 80 hours, but the client may continue the engagement longer if things go well.

NOTES:

There will be a daily scrum meeting each day with the client, preferably in the afternoon San Francisco time.

HOURLY RATE:

The pay rate for this role is from $25 to $40 USD per hour, depending on experience and capability.
