We are looking for a Full Stack Software Developer who loves Laravel and building APIs.

We are a tiny but profitable 3 person startup that provides marketing automation tools for small businesses.

We are open to contract or full-time workers. We are okay with remote workers (US citizens only) and prefer Eastern or Central Timezones (we’re located in Michigan).

Responsibilities:

Develop APIs for both internal use by the team and external use by our clients. Maintain and extend our existing platform. Develop and implement new features. Create a pleasant end user experience. Help write full features from start to finish.

Who we’re looking for

You have a great team spirit You have proven experience working as a Professional PHP Developer for 3+ years You manage your time properly and can work with little supervision. You have extensive knowledge of OOP and Software Design Patterns You have experience developing and consuming RESTful API’s You have experience using Laravel 5+ (facades, Contracts, request lifecycles, query builder, tasks, Queues, etc) Experience with Composer You are used to working with MySQL You are an experienced git user You have good knowledge of modern client-side technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) You are a basic UNIX shell user You have great debugging skills You are a quick learner and quick thinker You use your critical judgement in the workplace
