We are looking for an EXCELLENT full-stack PHP developer to join our very competent team. This is a pay-plus-equity position as Lead Engineer/Lead Developer at a self-funded social media management startup (similar to https://buffer.com). Remote work is absolutely fine. You must take initiative, and be hard working and detail oriented.

My last business, which was extremely similar, was bootstrapped to a million dollars in 12 months. My Co-founder has similar experience. I apologize for the awkward humblebrag but it does seem to help quality people understand our seriousness. This is not an iffy startup with a small probability of a billion dollar payoff, but rather a solid, high cash-flow startup with a very high probability of a several million dollar payoff, and potentially and conservatively, some probability of a ten+ million dollar payoff (and, correspondingly, a zero percent probability of a billion-dollar payoff). This is not our first rodeo and we want someone else to join us.

You must be a full-stack PHP developer who has a portfolio of work you can point to. This portfolio should show us that you care about finishing touches, attention to detail, and actually shipping/finishing/supporting products.
