We’re addressing a vast and growing problem in how remote teams communicate, and we have a huge opportunity to change the face of this market. 📄 The role
We’re seeking a senior/mid-level full-stack engineer with the following attributes:
- 3+ years of experience
- Experience with or willingness to learn NodeJS, Express, PostgreSQL, React, Redux and https://socket.io
- A highly motivated self-starter who can work through ambiguity
- Comfortable in a fast-paced remote start-up environment
- Strong analytical and critical thinking
- Clear communicator of engineering concepts and of the rationale behind decisions
- Passion for clean and appropriately tested code
- Strong time management skills and the ability to deliver projects on time whilst meeting high-quality standards
Non-essential, but preferred, attributes include:
- Experience with WebRTC, live Streaming or other related video technologies
- Entrepreneurial/startup experience
